Kim Thomas Ghee has been working in higher education for 15 years with the early years of her career at University of South Alabama (USA) where she began as a secretary. While at USA, she worked in adult continuing education and emergency response training. As a student, she completed 60+ hours of coursework towards her Associates of Science Degree. During her eight years at Arizona State University, since leaving Alabama, she has gained an expertise in administrative support through her extensive work with the College of Education’s Bureau of Educational Research and Services (BERS). She has also provided key support and leadership in the transition and separation of BERS into the current Office of the Vice President for Education Partnerships (VPEP).
