Raymond Basaldua has been working with the VPEP office since it's inception in Fall 2003. He currently manages daily business and fiscal operations for the VPEP office and it's partnerships.

He holds a BS of Justice Studies, BS of American Studies, and a Minor in Small Business Administration from Arizona State University.
